Tatyana Soboleva is a Russian film director and producer. She studied theatre and philosophy at Slavic Institute, drama at Maxim Gorky Literature Institute, fictional film directing at the Institute of Modern Art in the 1990s (V. Rubinchik’s workshop). Tatyana graduated from the Gerasimov Russian State Institute of Cinematography (A. Khaniutin’s workshop) with a major in Non-fictional Motion-Picture Directing. She shot more than 20 documentaries that successfully participated in international film festivals and received awards. She is a two-time Laurel Branch Award nominee.
