In late June 2019 Tulun (Siberia, Irkutsk district) was flooded. Hundreds of houses were inundated; some of them were carried away by the current. Residents were not ready for such a disaster and managed to take only documents and get children out by cars. Many people stayed on the roofs of their houses to save their property from looters. However, the level of water rose over than initially expected and people evacuated themselves in their boats and took their neighbors. Rescuers joined the evacuation after a while. There were casualties among the residents. The authors of the movie have chosen four families and have been watching their lives for half a year since the moment of the flood. The filmmakers are trying to find out the reason of the flood. To what extent is the person helpless in the face of elements? How to find strength to start from scratch?
